5. This is a Brian Mulipah lay counseling service provided voluntarily, not a clinical / professional practice. We do not claim to have all the answers or cures to marital problems / addictive / relational / or sexual disorders. Recommendations for referral to professional resources will be made if possible and when perceived necessary.
6. All files/data/information pertaining to counselees will be kept confidential.
7. When questioned about our counselees or information disclosed in the groups, emails, text messages or any other form of communication, decline to comment, and restate that it is our policy not to disclose information about another person. It is the choice of the individual concerned to disclose their own personal information.
8. It is our policy as Brian Mulipah staff to work as a team; we will work together to help you in the best way that we can. The staff may share with other staff confidential information that has been shared by a counselee. The purpose of this is to collectively pray and give the best possible help to the counselee.

A waiver by either party of any term or condition of this Agreement or any breach thereof, in any one instance, will not waive such term or condition or any subsequent breach thereof. You may assign your rights under this Agreement to any party that consents to, and agrees to be bound by, its terms and conditions; Brian Mulipah, and UnbreakYourMarriage.Blogspot.com may assign its rights under this Agreement without condition. This Agreement will be binding upon and will inure to the benefit of the parties, their successors and permitted assigns.
